TSG has been in partnership with Daikin Chemical South East Asia (DCSA) since 2019, manufacturing Daikin-brand refrigerants R-32 and R-410A. With a reliable process and precise instruments, we produce high-quality refrigerants. Our operational process is controlled to meet Daikin standards, ensuring confidence in the quality of every cylinder. Additionally, all refrigerant specifications are compliant with AHRI 700 standards. We also offer R-407C, R-404A, and R-407H, a low-GWP refrigerant as a substitute for R-404A, supporting the growth of commercial and industrial refrigeration.
The main equipment used in refrigerant analysis are as follows:
Analysis of purity ,blending ratio by Gas Chromatography.
Analysis of water content by Karl Fischer Coulometric titration.
Analysis of Non-volatile residue by gravimetric measurement.
In addition to supplying hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerant, we also provide natural refrigerant alternatives, such as liquid carbon dioxide and R-290 (propane refrigerant grade).
